The people
Founder
Pranay Garg, founder of Neeljai Films, began his career in theatre acting. Alongside his acting stints he produced his first play, ‘Tajmahal ka Tender’, which earned accolades and inspired him to take up production as a full-time career.
With his first OTT series now live on Disney+ Hotstar, he continues to produce short films, web series and TV commercials — collaborating with talented artists to bring wonderful stories to the screen.
Co-Founder
Nishesh Tripathi comes from Kanpur and has a background in theatre. He and Pranay first met through their shared love for the stage. With experience both on screen and behind the scenes, Nishesh brings creative energy and a grounded perspective to the team.
A deep believer in spirituality and the richness of Indian history and culture, he plays a key role in execution — ensuring each project stays true to its vision and core values through meaningful, impactful cinema.
